Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We will only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
- The product arrived defective or damaged due to shipping
- The wrong item was shipped
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made artwork
- Opened or used products (unless defective upon arrival)
- Products without proof of purchase or damage

Non-Refundable Situations

- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Refunds are not available for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
