Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days from time of purchase. For custom art purchases, please see Art product page for additional details.

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders to the UAE. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout. 

Orders are shipped directly from international suppliers. Additional UAE customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery for some shipments, depending on the product's value and type. These fees, if applicable, are determined and collected by UAE customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. International shipping to the UAE takes approximately 7-10 business days. Please note the delivery times are estimated. Due to the current situation, delivery times may vary.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it remains unclaimed after customs clearance, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@onlypawsmerch.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
