Customization Process: 1.) Place an order of your preferred product. 2.) Email us at info@onlypawsmerch.com with your order number and attach a clear photo of your pet in your desired pose. 3.) We will customize the artwork and send to you for preview within 2-3 business days. 4.) White border available upon request. 5.) We can offer up to 2 adjustments per order within 1 week. 6.) For canvas prints, the production and shipping will be arranged within 1-2 business days after your approval is received. Free tracked shipping provided. It is important to submit a high quality photo that you are happy with, as it will serve as the base layer we use to create the artwork. While we can remove background, remove red eye and change eye color, kindly be advised that we cannot edit a photo to change the pose or facial expression. If your photo is not suitable to use in the initial phase, we will contact you by email right away so you can send us another photo.
